Anyone run a Side kit? I run 4-5 loads a week generally coils. Im thinking about getting a side kit but Just wandering about breaking one Down. Sometimes its pays to go places I must reload by forklift from both sides (load must still tarp and will fit under side kit) is it worth it to break down both sides enough to load it? This may not happen every week and generally if it does its only once.

Some loads you can pull 1 side an push it over with other pallet, many times it will work out best to have the kit, if it wont fit in the kit its not IT.
The Great 1 Thanks this. -
I ran with a sidekit for a while and i liked having the option. What i would do was pick loads for a while that only required breaking down one side...and then i would get a great paying load that required me to stow the kit and then i would run straight flat for a while...back and forth like that. It takes one hour to break it down and the same to install it after a couple times of working it and developing a system.

Baha is right, most of the time you could just push it over. I run one everyday of the week, there is a option I've see for under the trailer to store all the panels and posts if needed. I believe it was at Tarpstop.com.
