I am scheduled to start orientation with Melton a week from Monday. I had a terrible experience with C.R England Phase 1 Training. I want to make the right decision before I jump in the fire again. I want to join and stay with a good and honest company. Im in no mood for ######## from anyone. I like what ive heard from them. I'm 56 and I want to stay with on company until I cant pass my medical. Hopefully that wont be for at least 10 years. Any comments would be appreciated.
