If you research your state, I'm sure there are grants and loan programs available as well. Had you looked into the fed's "guaranteed student loan" program? This is where a bank loans you $$ for job training, and the federal government acts as a co-signer to guarantee you won't default payment. When you fail to pay back the loan, the Feds pay the bank, then the government comes after you to garnish your wages to get their $$ back. This is how college students are funding their expenses. I believe the guaranteed student loan program is applicable to technical training (like truck driving school), as well as trying to get a college degree.
I'm completely stumped...
