Certain types of people just see discrimination where none is. You go looking for it you usually find it. Why would a company care who drives the load as long as it gets there. I don't work there but again cries of racism usually fall on my deaf ears.

 

Get those chains off yourself ,tell them you want to run west and ask how long it will be before you are running west ....stay on em about it until they are sick of hearing about it ......i don't think they care who moves the frght as long as it gets there

Its still racism out here...trust me I get it all the time...but I agree with you. ..When some one has to do their job or can get a job they blame it on race...sometimes it plays a part...but most of the time its because that particular individual didn't have the experience or credentials they needed

 

Is this the same builders that use to run those green and yellow cabovers years ago?

 

Of course racism exist, always has always will. But the operations department of a trucking company is about the least racist people there are. They probably don't even know the race of the driver they assign a load to, nor do they care. Why would they? They need a load moved, it's their only concern. To say that they are systemically singling out black drivers is preposterous.
