    It's BS!! Driving While Ability Impaired. They have nothing really, but they pulled you over so you gotta give them something for the trouble.

    It is having a BAC of over .05 but less than .08 also it a traffic violation where as DWIis a criminal misdomeanor.. also DWAI is not as costly as a DWI...
