I have a friend who is penning a book and she needs to pick the brain of someone familiar with that aspect of the industry.
I'm supplying her with a link to this thread. She may register here, or may not.
Either PM me or just reply to this thread and I'll pass the information on.
Thanks in advance.

I would guess, that might prove difficult. If you haul stuff like that. Part of your skill-set, might be, not discussing it.
jbee and playamwj12 Thank this. -
My sister works at a large mail order pharmacy. Their drivers aren't allowed to say anything about what they do.

I know. I did hear from someone who used to do it, and I am going to get them to exchange email addresses. I think she just wants to learn the jargon, so the book is intelligently written and accurate. I'm sure Tom Clancy talked to a lot of military people along the way.
She's a brilliant writer and just doing her homework. Nothing more. -
Your not gonna get too many ppl willing to talk on an open forum. Hauling it is dangerous, whether your escorted or not.

Ive hauled a few of those loads before. I wont discuss pick ups or deliveries, but you might be surprised what they consider "pharmaceuticals."
