cat secondary filter base?

    Changed fuel filters today and noticed the secondary filter base is cracked on one of the corners where it mounts. The part number on it is 196-5017. Cannot find any info on this number. Anyone know if there is a new number? It is on a 05 mxs c15 acert. Also noticed I have the fleetgaurd 142784 primary base. Is this a good one?
