Oh, forgot to mention , I do own my trailers, ( 5 total), so this is helpful to us.

 

Been with load1 7 months as oo. Two ppl in Truckload dispatch are rectums, but the majority are fine. Only issue i have had so far and its more of a personal preference is that they dont run to texas. Majority of their loads are ill ind mich and ohio. Personally im looking to move to landstar. I want to eliminate dispatchers.

 

hate to break the news to you but Agents can be worst than dispatchers.

 

Perhaps but the benefits outweigh the costs. Have alot more control over my business. Its kind of no brainer
