Companies have like a 90 day probationary period. If you leave before your 90 days then you are obligated to pay back orientation expenses, hotel, physical drug screen that sort of thing.

By the time you get your attorney to file the papers and get court date it will cost me more than the company owes me. Me living states away from this company will cost that much more. So with that being said this is the reason for the post of this company. When 9 other guys leave within a 48 hr period there is problems other than a person as a driver but who am i i just worked there. To all feel free to work for this guy and in a few months i will see a similar post from you all.

I used to talk to a fellow who worked for them way back .

It was not foreign owned at the time .

They were in dire straits with their safety record and ran him like a sled dog .

Their deadhead pay at the time awe less than loaded pay .

He didn't like the place .

Just to make it clear i have nothing against the company for the reason it is foreign owned. It is the way he treats the drivers he dose have. the dead head is .25 a mile. there safety is a little better now but the other changes he has made is the main issue. not only that but gave a 3 week notice and when it was time to turn truck in they planed me on a load that I refused and they hit me with load abandonment plus paid me 8 dollars a hr for last two checks he got me for over 1000.

i would guess it's something like damaged equip and did not report it. This is my third time working there, NEVER had any issues with paychecks. Don't many many problems with them, i do my job, always on time... they seem to like me "in an American way" :mlaugh:

Thanx for the heads up trucker953 ...
You can get you're DAC cleared up by calling them and disputing anything that is not facts ...can't have load abandoned by simply not accepting a load doesn't qualify for load abandon on DAC report ....so get that off your record ....yes you can sue them without money up front also for more money then what they didn't pay you ....in the end they pay for you're lawyer and all expenses on the case ....its worth checking into atleast you can clear your DaC report up im sure you can't be responsible for a load you didn't receive ....another problem i see is us truckers need to stick together more instead of bein critical of each other ,that's exactly what they want to destroy our careers ,so far they are winning ....FACT IS we have a very strong voice loud voice in this nation BUT we don't know how to use it yet ...here's a hint tho......
UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL ....good luck brother
