The 3 minute pretrip perks your interest but I want to know what the he## is the reason is for " My boss installed a wheelcover* that has a tire sidewall hex screwed on it."

 

Sorry I'm late to the party, I was at an artsy foreign film festival. To summarize, He punches a Stromburg time clock and procedes to his 300k cmv. with 30k miles on it. A bad tire causes him to be pulled over in in his 300k cmv with 30k miles on it and E-mail fly about he catches H E double hockey sticks but he still has his pension. Are we good to go?

Why do you need more than 3minutes for a pretrip--start truck--rev it up--release brakes--pop clutch--C'mon--how long does that really have to take?

 

LOL...yep, but he mentioned a "Zonar Handheld" gadget that must be timing him also.

Anybody got a pic of that thing? Could be the deciding factor to NOT go LTL and stay OTR.
