i wouldn't sell the truck, but i'd defenitly be parking it. it don't belong on the road. till it's licensed AND insured. and not just truck either. you need cargo also.

get pulled over. OR in an accident. and that will be the end of your world.

You guys dont seem to understand. This guy will get in no trouble when he hits someone and or kills them. He has NOTHING to lose. No money, no savings, no property. The worst that might happen is a slap on the wrist. When you have nothing, you have nothing to lose.

$1.33 subtract about a buck. Your driving for $.33 cents a mile. With the 53,000 pound added to your 35,000 pound truck and trailer your bound to get caught. I'm assuming this post was a joke but I've heard worse things that were true. If your getting a big fuel surcharge the buck 33 wouldn't be too bad if it came with a $.70 cent fuel surcharge added at the end per mile. You can do a search on the cost per mile here or on the open net. $1.08 seems to be the average from the ones that know how to add and subtract.

I would hope this is a joking post. But everyone here knows that there are guys like this out there. Trucks falling apart, living off everyone else, looking to make a quick buck.

I didn't mean to make everyone upset with me. I just trying to make the living. I want to get truck insurance. But in Florida you do not need auto insurance. And I talked to friend this weekend and says as long as truck stay in Miami it will be ok. I tried to register truck but they said it take awhile. Good thing is shipper says he can do 1.41$ each mile instead of 1.33 with that I'll be making money in next couple months to have all papers I need. He is going to pay cash at the end of each day.

§ 387.7
Financial responsibility required.
(a) No motor carrier shall operate a motor vehicle until the motor carrier has obtained and has in effect the minimum levels of financial responsibility as set forth in §387.9 of this subpart.
(b)(1) Policies of insurance, surety bonds, and endorsements required under this section shall remain in effect continuously until terminated. Cancellation may be effected by the insurer or the insured motor carrier giving 35 days' notice in writing to the other. The 35 days' notice shall commence to run from the date the notice is mailed. Proof of mailing shall be sufficient proof of notice.
(2) Exception. Policies of insurance and surety bonds may be obtained for a finite period of time to cover any lapse in continuous compliance.

§ 387.17
Violation and penalty.

Any person (except an employee who acts without knowledge) who knowingly violates the rules of this subpart shall be liable to the United States for civil penalty of no more than $11,000 for each violation, and if any such violation is a continuing one, each day of violation will constitute a separate offense. The amount of any such penalty shall be assessed by the FMCSA's Administrator, by written notice. In determining the amount of such penalty, the Administrator, or his/her authorized delegate shall take into account the nature, circumstances, extent, the gravity of the violation committed and, with respect to the person found to have committed such violation, the degree of culpability, any history of prior offenses, effect on ability to continue to do business, and such other matters as justice may require.

§ 385.1007
Determination of violation.
(a) General. The Agency Official may issue an order to suspend or revoke the registration of one or more motor carriers if he or she determines that the motor carrier or motor carriers have reincarnated or affiliated to avoid regulatory compliance or mask or otherwise conceal regulatory noncompliance, or a history of noncompliance.
(b) Reincarnation or affiliation. The Agency Official may determine that one or more motor carriers are reincarnated if there is substantial continuity between entities such that one is merely a continuation of the other. The Agency Official may determine that motor carriers are affiliates if business operations are under common ownership, common management, common control or common familial relationship. To make these determinations, the Agency Official may consider, among other things, the factors in 49 CFR 386.73(c) and examine, among other things, the records identified in 49 CFR 386.73(d).
(c) Regulatory noncompliance. The Agency Official may determine that a motor carrier or its officer, employee, agent, or authorized representative, avoids regulatory compliance or masks or otherwise conceals regulatory noncompliance, or a history of noncompliance by operating or attempting to operate a motor carrier as a reincarnated or affiliated entity to:
(1) Avoid complying with an FMCSA order;
(2) Avoid complying with a statutory or regulatory requirement;
(3) Avoid paying a civil penalty;
(4) Avoid responding to an enforcement action; or
(5) Avoid being linked with a negative compliance history.

Just so you know what you are up against. All it takes is one drunk to run a red light.

FL does requires every vehicle to have insurance and be registered.

Only constructive criticism but this reflects your ability to effectively run your business. Keep your business and personal life completely separate from each other. In other words keep a business reserve and never touch it to pay personal bills even if you are broke. Then just the opposite you shouldn't have to tap into personal funds to support your business. I would review and come up with a better plan.

I don't see what you are trying to say. Other then I not doing it right. I trying to get there, that's why I'm here. I hope that in the next couple months I will have all that I need to make living. Thanks to everyone that has helped me.
