Not sure what you mean. But I have an atlas, smartphone, iPad, Rand GPS, and Roehls written directions. I don't need another thing that conflicts with the other stuff, that conflict with themselves often enough.

I don't "have" to, but I use plenty of things along with calling customer, so you keep living in the Stone Age. I am also very against the fools that blindly follow their gps and only use that.

I would have thought with technology today there would be a GPS that would take you to the door step even in a semi. Ill sure have the atlas & phone & GPS and hope I get there on time. Thanks for your help. Be safe.

Never rely on the gps. Most times when you read about some driver getting lost, hitting a low bridge, going down a restricted road. They followed the gps. They make mistakes. Many times it will tell you that you reached your destination, when it's another half mile down the road. Also while it may take you to the correct address on a legal route, there may be another route that is more truck friendly, easier to navigate in a rig.

So some have already used the New copilot? I like my Desk 560. Like all tools, its there to aid in work, not drive the truck for you. I done think the New nav will be much like a GPS. I'm keeping the Garmin for all saved points of interests, little hidden stops and gems.
Ive learned a long time ago, no matter what you do, take the time to think and reason about how your doing it. Haste makes waste.

I think ROEHL plans on the newness of its newbies. When I started, the first loads had fairly straightforward routes. And gradually they've gotten more unusual.
