    Where is the heater core on Pete 387.I saw the 2 rubber hose connected to fire wall oposit side of the steering wheel.If it is the core how do you take part. It is very rusty and I think it is leaking any help please.

    You can get to it by taking off the plastic cover plate under the glove box on the firewall, then there should be a metal mount holding the heater core/evaporator behind the plastic.
