About the trucks, are they assigned, do you take them home, how are they equipped for when you are out on the road? Do they have inverters and can you put in personal stuff like a mini fridge?
-
You can take them home depending on where you live. But generally if you live within 50 miles of a terminal you leave the truck there. They are assigned but you might slip seat the first couple weeks. Not really equipped with anything besides the latest safety gadgets. Newer trucks have an 1800 watt inverter. I'm going to have a fridge that fits the cascadia cubby hole for sale soon.
-
Like most companies they leave it to the driver to provide things like fridge, tv, microwave ect. As for the truck it is top of the line as far as features. It almost drives itself.
-
Rebecca is new but she is good. Shelly is her boss out of Clairemont. You'll stay at the terminal during orientation.
-
Don't forget to tell them they have cameras watching you too

What was the point in posting this? He pointed out in the very first place and it has been discussed elsewhere in this thread and many others that we have cameras in our trucks. It's really not a negative thing, as long as you follow the rules and laws to begin with the camera should never be an issue. Not only that, but the cameras have already cleared drivers of wrongdoing in several accidents, how is this a negative thing?smurf-316 Thanks this.

O it's not a negative thing missed that part carry on...

Cameras are always a good thing when some NASCAR driver cuts you off in traffic and you take out a concrete barrier to save some lives!
