    You're gonna run into problems.
    Namely, you're trying to garden on a semi.
    That and you're asking for tips on how to best store and recycle human excrement; which is enough of a job when you're not doing it in a semi.

    There's no way you could grow anything on the back of a semi with all the different weather trucks would go through, and all of the wind whipping around back there.

    Not to mention the 5 gallon bucket full of...yanno.
