Plants can't handle the wind. You'll kill them quick. Plus it takes a long time for the crap to break down where it's usable. You'd burn the plants with the excess nitrogen. A good compost pile needs a good two years. Less if you have a tumbler. I have one in my back yard I put food scraps in. No way would I put human feces in it. I couldn't eat what I grew without thinking about it.
Farmers use cow manure all the time but it's spread in the fall and turned in. It even needs a long time to break down after cleaning the barn out a few times.
The city of Chattanooga brings their human waste up to our landfill for disposal. They treat it and process it to where it's germ free. I was working there when that first started. The representative from Chattanooga come up and was explaining how clean it was. He said he would eat a handful of it before he would eat a handful of dirt. I challenged him laughing but he wouldn't go for it.. But to the point they were thinking about letting farmers have it to spread on their fields. That never flew.
Get you a low light plant and put it behind your seat on the cabinet. It would survive with steady temperatures and if it didn't fall over repeatedly.
I can see the corn stalks bent over or you dragging a watermelon down the road!
