    Went last week to get physical, I pay for my own, no company rules. Was given form to fill out as always but the second page was a sleep questionare, I went back to the desk and asked about it and she said starting this week everyone has to fill one out. I told her no, she checked with the boss and said I had to, I said no it's not the law, took all the papers that had my info on them and left.

    Went to car an googled DOT physical in OKC, found another clinic. went and had physical with no mention of sleep.

    I wonder how much of a kickback they get from the sleep study lab? I will never darken their door again, If you have to go to Concentra be carful how you answer the questions. you may open a can of worms that will cost you.

    Thanks for the heads up, my last DOT checkup got me a 1 year renewal period for my blood preasure even though I was around 115/70.
    I'm in my 20's...btw...

    I went to Concentra in Ft. Collins, Co. yesterday for my new hire. I have delt with them before, and they all see to be the shadiest folks around. Avoid them if you can.

    I ain't scared, don't need to waste the money, I think my saftey record shows I don't have a sleep problem. The last 22 years, 1.5 million miles at the same company, no accidents.

    just take some asprin in the am and about 2 hours before you go in and that will drop blood pressure. If your BP was 115/70 that is fine not sure why they cab wrecked you.

    That was rude and unnecessary! This sleep apnea thing is not just something over weight drivers need to worry about, and concentra does seem shady.. drivers of all sizes are having issues with them.. whether it be sending them for a sleep study, or only giving them a one year card for BP..

    That fact that he knew he didnt have to fill that sheet with questions about sleep and walked out, went somewhere else where there were no questions about sleep snows it is more a concengra thing and not DOT..

    I found his post usefull... yours was rude and of no help or use...
