Don't let it fool you. Lunch meat and cheese is loaded with sodium. Your recommended daily allowance is 1500 mg. A 6" Subway Italian has 1490 mg sodium by itself. In fact buy a foot long and you went way over on all their subs except the Tuna and BLT. Drivers need to watch their sodium and fat intake closely.

Now I'm hungry for subway.

Blimpie is way better than subway and jimmy johns better as well. But if you want the best you gotta go to Beach Hut Deli on the west coast. There's one in Auburn Ca. Right off 80 that you can get into without much hassle. Park at the old SAMs hof Brau. Closed and walk over. Google for exact location and tell em I sent ya.

so they shorted you for meat, but you definitely proved you have a serious lack of intelligence. -
good news drivers, pilot is selling a sponge for 2.22 , it a dry compressed sponge, the size of a large pill capsule, you swallow it and drink a bottle of water, then you are full. the more you drink , the bigger the sponge gets. now you get to complain about the price of a bottle of water.
lord jesus, strike me dead if all I ever have to worry aout is getting screwed on the amount of meat on a subway sammich -
Just stopped and got me a foot long turkey and Black Forest ham with added bacon on Italian herbs and cheese bread. Delicious!!

At subway get the veggie with mustard and cheese (if you must). Or an egg and cheese. Both on wheat breed.
Skip the meat lovers special .......... You'll be better off. -

I haven't had a Subway sub since I left the road a little over 3 years ago. The smell even curls my tongue I ate so many of them things. I know I ate a mile of them. 7/8 ths a mile if you use the true length.

Burger King is not like it use to be,now its mostly lettuce and dry.I quit eating there.McDonalds isn't any better.Far as my favorite sub I would say little king.I had a Jimmy johns a few days ago and it tasted horrible.Maybe they're changing for the worse also.
