If you dont want to run out on 70 you can only each work 8.75 hours a day. after pretrips, fuel etc, your at about 8.25 per driver or 16.5 hours of driving. The other option is for you both to run 11 per day. (22 hours of driving /day) You will however run out of hours after 6 days.

Under the new HOS rules, how are you performing a rolling reset? The two 1am to 5am periods are going to kill you unless you can stop driving just before 1am. It will still not work right. Teams got totally screwed with the new hos rules

Driver A gets off duty at 1 am. starts 34. Driver B gets off noon and starts 34. 24 hours later A starts driving. (at noon, a got 2 nights, b got 1) A then drives until 11pm and they take 6 more hours off until b start. they lose 30 hours of driving for a 34 hour reset.Ketchikan baby and TruckDuo Thank this.

Also, don't have to start at 1. You can also do it by starting before 19:00.
