Please go in! Hubby was dizzy in the morning, went to work and had a stroke a few hours later, no risk factors. And one of the guys who helped him at work felt dizzy off and on and just had a stroke. Doctor says get out the word that dizziness is really serious and go in right away to ER. Hubby was lucky people were even in the building, lunchtime day before holiday weekend. Clot busting drugs only work if you get in within four hours of heart attack or stroke.
Better to go in for nothing than for it to be too late.

The only time I've ever experienced dizziness is in really high altitudes which you went through some. However, I doubt this is your case because you are home now and still experiencing this. Mine went away just after a few min of getting used to the altitudes. It seemed to come back very slightly when going back to lower elevations and quickly went away then. Also after days of up and down I stopped feeling this way at all.
IMHO, your's sounds like you need some good sleep. Also eat right and drink plenty of fluids. Like others have said, you may need medical attention because god forbid it ends up being a symptom caused by something serious. I hope all the best for you. -
Since you have told the world of your problem ( by posting on this forum ), you should certainly see a Doc ASAP. If you were to have a wreck, and the insurance company investigated, and found you had written this post saying you have a possible dizzy spell, it could have a real problem on your hands. Don't guess, don't ask a bunch of truckers, go see a doctor.

Stop guessing and get to the docs because if you are like this driving or even when you are in a truck, I don't want to be around you when you pass out.
AND now that you admitted to it on a public forum, this is evidence that you knew you had a problem and refused to properly address it by seeing a doctor immediately. -
That happened to me once. Accompanied by a headache and mild nausea. The reason was a small exhaust leak in the engine compartment.
D.Tibbitt and Aussie Tom Thank this. -
I had a brief episode as OP described. It was from recirculation of air.
Aussie Tom Thanks this. -
I always have air on fresh, never recirc. Especially important at altitude or when tired.
