Makes sense, I drive with my window cracked or down almost all the time. It does help.

Water water water and more water. Drink more than you feel like drinking. It keeps you alert and focused when driving. Much better for you than soda and coffee

Unfortunately lately I seem to either get trainers or teammates that have a morbid fear of fresh air. If the truck is parked it's idling, no matter what the outside temperature is, and the air conditioning is cranked on high with air recirculation on. In our truck if I'm driving I try to cycle to fresh air whenever possible, but for some reason it affects what's going on with the bunk controls.

Now I just crank open the window.

Driving as a team with the temperature impaired is a PITA.

How old are you? Are you obese? How much water to you drink during the day? What are you eating?

I had the same thing happen to me till the point of almost passing out, the good thing is that when this happend the next exit on the freeway was the hospital exit they did a bunch of blood test, I had Hi blood pressure 160/85 but not to the point of causing dizziness, till this day it's been 4 months and so far they found nothing! I've seen a cardiologist and my Hart is ok, no diabetes, just blood pressure mostly from drinking too much diet Pepsi, I have stopped all caffeine drinks and started drinking less diet sodas caffeine free, but eventually I will stop drinking sodas. My guess is that when you don't sleep well, drink too much coffee or smoke too much, many bad things happen not to mention other health problems like metabolic sindrome diabetis and collesterol. I just stopped driving commercial and will probably change carreers, thinking on starting my own businesses there is a million things you could do! You don't really have to do a job wich is not right for you. By the way my cardiologist told me that I was probably dehidrated because I was drinking too much soda and water*** yep drinking too much water or soda actually dehidrates your body I was told to start drinking more beverages with electrolites. Hope this helps...

Old thread, but im just now noticing it. One of the primary reasons I was tested in the late fall of 2012 was dizziness. This begin a downward spiral for me. I had to stop driving. Dizziness doesn't just happen and it should never be chronic.
