The state will pay for your training..... If for some reason they don't -A pell grant should be available..... Do your homework on those 2 options n things will workout

The gangs all there for lawsuits, Stevens, Roehl, PAM, Western Express, USX, Werner all have pending class action suits on that web page. Kinda discouraging about the industry.

No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No.

You do sign a contract to pay the tuition, but that's because you are taking a no-interest loan for the tuition. Most of these contracts have a clause in it that says the company will pay back the loan after driving for them a certain period of time, but there is no requirement that you do, in fact, have to drive for them.

    OP:

Ever see the sign on the back of a CRE trailer that says

    Lease
    Train
    Drive
    Team

on it? Those are what you have to do to have any hope of making any money at CRE.

I have been told by more than one person that when you get through training and are ready to get your own truck, that there are no company trucks available. However, there are (always) lease trucks available; justsignhereplease. Or, there just so happens to be a spot open on a company team truck. Turns out that your teammate just finished his training, too.

I can tell you a better think to do, go to the unemployment office and tell them that your looking in to going in the trucking , they will pay for your school to get your CDL. That is how i got my Cdl and you can find a company you will like to driver .

When I tried this , my unemployment office basically told me to go pound sand . They told me , that they could find me a job that did not require such expensive training .
then I asked if I was the wrong ethnicity for that kind of help , and she hung up on me .
    huh, truth hurts eh ?
