lessors Inc. is a joke. I put in 5 yrs there and all they did was treat me like a number. The owner of the company is a complete and utter #######. Pardon my French but he is a tight #######. All he cares about is his pockets and not his drivers. The dispatcher I had was also a joke. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unless your the type of driver that likes to run the same bs loads and never see variety. Also if you quit there they will add things to your DAC and MVR that are not true, being they are so desperate for drivers they will do anything to keep you. It took me a long time to break away from the company and thank god I did when I did. I only made $30,000 a yr there is no such thing as $50,000 a yr. with this company. I ran my ### off for them and I only made 33 cents a mile plus child support every week I was lucky to maybe only get 2500 miles a week and that's pushing hard. Also when it comes to their loads they give u more time then needed to get the load there and if you go down to Florida and your a Eagan driver beware they will make u sit down there for a day and a half before they give you a load going back up to Eagan. That's how they run. This company says they are OTR but really they should be called regional and regional only. Don't get me wrong they have nice equipment but their dispatching is a joke. SO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT APPLY.

i always wonder how someone can say they ran hard and did 2500 miles
isn't that an oxymoronMJ1657, joseph1135 and GabeScott Thank this. -
Let's see, the lowest paycheck I've had since returning was $851. In the last 6 weeks I've been to 42 states, every time I'm in Florida I get right out, I've made over $50,000 a year consistently, they start at .35, not .33, and if it was so bad, why did you stay 5 years?? Me thinks someone wasn't a good driver. While it's true, we are short on drivers, they have been tolerant of certain things.

I can't possibly be the only one working here on TTR! C'mon now!! Lol.

Joe, they're probably too busy running to post. I've only talked to 1 in Chi, a lady who liked her Cascadia at Nealy's while I was waiting for something to freeze over across the street from the dock.
This post is partially just kidding but you all seem to be a bit hurried. Busy is better than too idle.joseph1135 Thanks this. -
I'm a happy guy. I should have never left! But I'm back and running strong. And there's a rumor that our entertainment side got someone HUGE.....
.
25(2)+2 Thanks this. -
U know joe. Lessors was the best company i ever worked for. If u had a problem james.door.was.always open in eagan. I left and went back into construction. I am doing.good.and.home.every.nite. but if i was too drive lessors.would be where i would.go. plenty of.miles.newer.equipment can not beat it. Though i am in mass now but when i retire i just might drive again. Lessors #1
