USXpress challenges train - and loses.

    PITTSTON TOWNSHIP — A train and tractor-trailer collided Monday afternoon in Luzerne County.
    It happened after 1:15 p.m. at a railroad crossing on Oak Street in Pittston Township, near Pittston.
    Emergency crews said no one was hurt.


    Officials have not said how long it will take to clear the wreck.

    So lucky. Did he not see it coming, looks like there are only lights there and no guardarms. Indiana used to be bad about having RR# with nothing more than a posted sign.

    Someone will probably still hire him, which is crazy. Hes just lucky he's not hurt or worse.

    Interestingly enough, he was traveling West on Oak Street. Oak Street west of that crossing is restricted to 102" wide trailers longer than 28 1/2 feet. And there's a big sign just before the tracks that points this out.

    :smt119 If you can't see a freight train how does he see kids on sidewalks and commuters on bicycles? get him off the road before he kills someone.
