Yeah I seen that one too, they use to use it to haul water to spray, to keep the dust down before they paved the lot. Assuming that they have paved the lot the last time I was there was about 9 months ago.

I thought I read something about needing to bring $400 for the hotel stay when you go through Roehl's program to obtain your CDL? Maybe I'm mistaking that with something I've read about another company, or maybe it's an old policy?

Nope, you're right: $400 for the hotel only, food is on you. That and the travel up there were the only reasons I didn't pull the trigger back in December/January and hook up right then. Well, that and my wife wanting me to wait until summer. :)

Not now anyways...apparently when they need drivers they waive the Hotel fee. I was told that Roehl will pay for my Hotel (well they better anyhow).

I'm sorry to do this to you, but if you would have signed up for Dec/Jan, they would have covered your hotel room. They were having a bit of a hiring push so they were helping peoples out on the room. Even mine in March was covered, but yes, it is normally $400 for a room for school. If you already have a cdl and in orientation, everything is paid for.

On the side of waiting for spring/summer and paying, you didn't have to put up with the snow and ice storms and the -20* days and a constant 25mph wind. Take the good with bad.

Riderx, if kim told you the hotel is covered, then it's covered.

    Redriderex Thanks this.

Yeah, she told me it wasn't waived; then again, my last correspondence with her was the end of November.
