Anyone running IC team?

    My wife is getting her CDL next month and joining me on the road in June. I have owned my own truck before and will again, but I have a little time, as I will let my wife tear up the company truck til she gets some experience. hehe. I have heard that they are adding choice for teams. Is there any truth to this? Of course, any information about running IC team with Schneider would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    I spoke to a recruiter from Schneider. They weren't hiring in my area, but just happened to have Team Lease opportunities hauling bulk (tanker, dry, and dubs) Not for me. .

    My wife and I did run teams with SNI as IC's before we had our daughter, that was back in 07 I do know we ran all we could handle as in 7k per week every week but that was when freight was still plentiful and the money was great. And that was on mileage and paper logs. SNI used to have great team freight but as of lately I can't say. Good Luck. As for choice for teams I've heard mention but nothing concrete.

    Depends on your area on what they hire. Your best is to sign up for job alerts in area from Schneiderjobs.com perfect examples Midwest and some West coast locations offer 5k sign on bonus for choice but in Nc and most area we don't get that offer.
