Anyone drove/drives for Keen ??

    Done a search & didnt turn up much for actual info, talk with the recruiter yesterday but would like to hear from someone who drives or has driven for them who can give me the real deal info VS the song & dance from the recruiter who reads it off the company web sight.

    Anyone have any "hands on" with Keen ??

    Why the secrets........?


    I almost went to work there a very long time ago..... I "heard" that they were bought out by a wall st investment firm. A couple of years ago. That usually isn't a good sign......

    No secrets. I don't, nor have I ever worked for Keen.
    I work for Mullen, and we load Cat equipment out of Keen yards all the time so I know a few guys over there. I don't hand out people's phone numbers, so I asked Son privately for his number and I offered to pass it on to the guys I know so be could talk directly to one of, or some of their drivers to get a verified review...

    ...don't tell anybody, it's a secret...

    Thanks for the insight & offer, its been nearly 10 years since Ive pulled any OTR loads & about 12 since any over size, would love to get back into it, told wifey if I'm going back to the OTR thing I'm gonna try to get back into the high,wide & heavy stuff, go as specialized as I can learn so to get the money where it needs to be, besides ...its interesting work.

    I drove for them on two different occasions, hands down the best driving job I ever had. I still talk to a few drivers over there every few weeks, nothing has really changed since the investment company bought them out.

    Anyone have any current updates on Keen in 2016? Used to haul out of their yards when I was an owner-op. Been trying find current information about being a company driver for them - seems like experiences vary greatly from driver to driver with these guys.
