I love it over here. They leave you the hell alone to do your job, and the planners/dispatchers here show you respect. Great equipment, great miles and I make money. I regretted leaving but they welcomed me back, and it's like I never left (CHAOS!) but I wouldn't want it any other way.

I remember u joe we met a few times at eagan and agin talkedat Sysco baugh. Great for u. I was transfering the trucks back and forth from idaho. Someone in the yard in eagan stole all my stuff out of my truck. James gave me.a check on the spot to cover my loses. Will never forget that. No other company.would do.that. stay safe joe and God Bless

I think I remember you, I run into so many. The door is always open for the good drivers over here. Keep in touch!

Hey Joseph1135 I been thinking about Lessors for a while. Saw one of your drivers at the Winco DC in Boise he said good things, after working for Giltner for a year I am a bit hesitant to go out otr again, they have zero respect for their drivers and let their dispatchers treat the drivers like dirt. any info would be great, thanks man!

Was at Lessors for 6 years, left and came back again. I should have never left. Miles, money, equipment. The dispatch will get fired for disrespecting drivers here. Shoot me a pm, and I'll give you everything you need to know.

Western hiring areas include Los Angeles,CA; Salem, OR; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Spokane, WA and I think all of Idaho, especially Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, etc. Run all 48 states, EZ Pass, APU's, Inverters, and a partrage in a pear tree. Pay is based on experience. Give them a ring for more details. Like I had said before, I do really well here and so can you if you're willing to work. Hope that answers all the questions from you western guys.

Tell you what. I wish they would give me something like that. Im looking for the door and dont give a #### if you tell them. I have to admit I have worked here before and without Pillsbury I am not happy here. My gross pay was only 39=k. And you tell me to learn to work I will tell you you can only work as hard as dispatch allows. And since craig left it got worse. Sorry just my opinion.

If your dispatch is Mike then I feel for you. And your secret is good with me. I'm not the telling kind. I've always, however, home to Brian with any problems I have. Sometimes that's what you have to do. Put your foot down and say it. If you're a good driver, they'll do what they need to in order to keep you.

I don't care if they see this. Ever since my fleet manager retired it's went south. And the last 2 month's have really sucked. My theory is ain't my company to change. But it is my life to change Co. with. But what is weird is I broke 130 k in miles why does my W-2 say only $39500.00 @.385 C.P.M.
