oliver2, George has good karma! The bad DM is gone! I hope it makes everything a lot easier for him. Did you get any of the bad weather where you live? I am ready for my girls to finish school for the summer , I need a break ! As far as the cell phone use in Canada....I found this article, I don't know if it would be any help or not -
Using your cellphone in Canada is very easy, however, there are still things to consider when doing so. While most any US cellphone will work, the differences are significant enough that these guidelines should help ensure that the service not only works, but using your phone in Canada is a positive experience.Step1: Ask yourself how long you will be in Canada and how often you expect to make calls: Just because your phone can work in Canada, doesn't necessarily mean you should bring it or plan on using it. The expense, hassle, and issues with bringing your cellphone with you may simply not be worth it. If you still believe bringing your cellphone is a good decision, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Check your current US cellphone plane: While it is likely that you can get coverage in Canada, it is unlikely that your current plan includes calls while *in* Canada. As such, you can find yourself being charged a significant per-minute rate for any calls ($1/minute or more)...including calls to you. If you plan on using your phone for any significant usage, consider contacting your provider to discuss plan options.
Step 3: Review the coverage plan and options for your provider: Just like the US, coverage is key to good service. To understand what kind of experience you are likely to have, check the Canadian coverage maps for your current provider. For reference, here are the links to the four major US cellphone companies.
AT&T: http://www.wireless.att.com/learn/international/roaming/affordable-world-packages.jsp
Sprint:http://www1.sprintpcs.com/explore/ueContent.jsp?scTopic=wirelessData
T-Mobile: http://www.t-mobile.com/International/RoamingOverview.aspx?tp=Inl_Tab_RoamWorldwide
Verizon: http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/index.html
Step 4: Double-check your phone book: Review your cellphone phone book to ensure it has all the people you will likely call. While calling a Canadian (or US) phone number when using a US Cellphone in Canada works exactly like it does in the US, due to the expense of many calls, it is always a good idea to make sure you limit the number of calls where you can. The most simple way to do that is to ensure you have all of the right phone numbers in your phone. This way, you have the contact information you need in the event you need to make a quick call. -
Do you and George have Verizon, oliver2? I just looked and Verizon has a plan for Canada that you can add to your phone service. It seems very reasonable.

When you leave coke there you will all ready be on 559. Just go straight at the main road and follow 559. Lot of tight turns but big enough for a truck. Love is about 5 or 6 miles down 559. The road that you enter coke from I'd 559.passport220 and ajacks121712 Thank this.
