The best way to pay us back is to be Professional. What you do reflects on every driver out there. Think before you act and act like we are watching. Don't hesitate to ask for help. Finally, DON'T WORK CHEAP.

He's right. Congrats on a good start. Now, what is your immediate goal? One year goal? Five year goal?

You already know that there's a lot of negative people in the industry. My little sister just started driving, local gig. She calls me and tells me about the things that the others say about the boss. I ask her if her boss has been decent to her and she replies,"yes". 'So, why are you allowing negative talk to change your opinion about the guy who gave you your first shot at driving?'

    Avoid the negative talk.

One more thing...you had to apply yourself to get your license. Jabekins is right...it's just the start. Don't make the mistake that so many other drivers do. They get their license, and they become complacent. The goal shouldn't be to get a license and get a job, the goal is to be good at what you do. You want to be a good, solid driver. The solid driver is dependable. Dependable means 1. Always on time. 2. Safe 3. Trustworthy of the higher end loads. Solid drivers can even stand out at the megas.

Anyways, best of luck to you. Don't be a stranger. I'm always up for some tales of adventure. Adios.
