Watch out for when a receiver reports claims on you , saying that you delivered there products and some items came damaged.
make sure they give you on papers saying it is not your mistake and it is the shippers mistake for the damages.

My company requires you call them IMMEDIATELY if the load is damaged and they want pics to back it up, but I havent ran into this issue...yet.KenworthonTheRun Thanks this.

Yes, that is true. I prepared myself a paper saying whenthere is something like that happens and the receiver admits saying it is theshippers fault ten you hand him over the paper let him singe it. You never knowafter one day later they change there mind and they blame you.

This is true. I have seen it happen to me before. Shipper loads damage product and believes it is the trucking company fault. Please take pictures!

Like multi stop loads where forklifts stab a bunch of stuff trying to unload.

In the LTL side, ive had customers want to note damage on their freight when their pallet fell off the trailer when they didnt pick it up properly with their forklift
