Its cheaper for me to run US20. It cost me.60cpm in fuel, but i run the turnpike instead. Its more place to park on the turnpike than US20, also faster. When i run the turnpike i make sure i have a good paying load to cover the tolls.

US 20 can be a pain. Middlebury, Lagrange, Angola IN, plus the small towns in Ohio. No thanks!

To all that discredited my US20 routing, that hurt the one feeling I had left... I had a full 14 and 11 when I took that route so it wasn't that bad. I will try 30 next time to see how it goes. I'm still learning. I've only had one load that's taken me from Gary to NY. I'll take all advice that I receive that will save me time and make me more money. Thanks!

Personally I can not stand the TurnPike beats the living #### outta ya. Road is terrible.. Would much rather be on US 20, 6 or 30 depending on where you heading. If it was a matter of getting a load to it's destination on time or not, I would probably use it.

Have used it once, avoided it ever sense.

Thought I would jump on here about the I80 Ohio turnpike. I live in north central Ohio between the turnpike and Rt 20 where they are about 7 miles apart. I've taken Rt 20 from the Indiana border and seems like it takes forever. What you can save on time and fuel mileage can almost pay for the toll, plus less stress from driving. I would agreed Rt 30 is a good alternative if your route takes you farther south, which is about an hour south of where I'm at.
