Couldn't agree more! I hope that FCC drivers family sues the living life out of CRST and maybe put that mega training company out of buiseness once and for all. Too #### sad for a driver to lose his life because of a couple idiots being let loose in another 18 wheeler.

I was reading in CDL Life a few months ago that that driver got 28 years in prison.

I followed that whole accident, reading about the family and especially the kids that were killed made me just sick to my stomach, just like this tragedy, I'm hoping and praying that the family of this driver sues the xxxx out of that rag outfit. I take these accidents to heart, there is no excuse for this type of company or driver on the same roads that you and I use.

I am stuck at Rock Springs. This could have been the trainees 1st encounter with winter conditions. With his trainer in the bunk asleep, he was probably paralyzed with fear. And no clue what he Should have done.
