Hi guys,
my husband was team driving before and since his company just got rid of that, its not worth driving solo with them anymore.
since his run changes every week, instead of getting 2400 biweekly he is now getting paid around 1000 biweekly but still works the same days more time sleeping in the truck instead of being home. ( with expenses and bills he will only have 100 saved a week..to put in to our retirement savings).
He drives his car two hours from our house to their terminal in Pittsburgh. So with mortgage bills, kids and gas prices etc. i dont think its even worth doing that job, he can get a local factory job be home more and be happy with 1000biweekly..BUT SINCE HE STILL WANTS TO BE A TRUCK DRIVER OTC....I ASK YOU KIND SIRs FOR SOME INPUT... .
Looking for an otr or regional home weekly or more with 401k company match north england area, hopefully close to Clearfield, pa. I know I'm dreaming but just give us your opinions and experience. Thanks![]()
Need advice for a good paying company in the new england area..
