Monee, IL at the Petro.

I shut down after delivering to Clorox with 45 minutes left on my 70. Nothing more until 0200 local time tomorrow, so I set my PTA for 0600.
I had to take my 30 at Clorox because I only had 2 minutes left on my 8 as I was leaving. Sit 30 just to drive 2 to the Petro.

I'm hoping to get a load to the Denver area tomorrow. I need to get there by the 20th for my daughter's high school graduation on the 21st.

This is not a bad location.. Good places to eat and hotel. I wanted to try Perkins but quickly realized that I am broke so maybe next time. I'll be running on recaps the next few days.

 

this is the tractor and trailer from that white bird hill summit crash. they brought it here to the lewiston trminal late this afternoon. unfortunately, driver didnt survive.

 

why I always try for things even if I dont think I have a shot, never can get ahead without trying to like you said. At least now its known what I want to do, had a recruiter from Phoenix call me after seeing I applied for some jobs wanting to see how they could help me out, short of moving to another location he cant help me much which is one thing im not going to do right now sharing custody with my oldest daughter.

Service Plaza about 15 miles north of Wichita. Going to start early in the morning. Try to get most if US-54 out of the way prior to the Sunday traffic, but with my luck, will come behind a ##### Prime truck or for that matter, one of our company trucks, with a student driving that is not sure of US-54.

 

I'll be in that neck of the woods tomorrow, setting up for a Monday AM delivery ... St. Louis tonight though.

 

lewiston id. finally got a load after waiting since 1330 yesterday. tcall load here going to joplin mo for 1st stop, then st louis mo final. no delivery times yet. message said will schedule on monday. worked a full 30 minutes today lol

 

I am on my way back to El Paso, and then see what happens. Either take a 34 there or see what they have MOnday morning. I know that back in Ohio on the 26th, but would hate to get a load heading that way too soon. Then get stuck up in the neck of the woods running short
