wisconsin accents arent all that hard to understand.

 

I know the City of Chicago is large and within 50 miles of the Wisconsin border, but when someone says local Chicago, I don't really think of Wisconsin but I'll give you Kenosha, maybe Racine at a stretch. Besides you don't hear the Wisconsiny accent much south of Milwaukee.

 

No, I'm ok with Wisconsin accents. I was referring to foreign language entirely.
