This is true.. There are federal laws that take precedence

 

I'm having second thoughts about this company and here's why.FF posted an ad on craigslist be home ever 24 to 48 hrs not the normal otr job.So I fill out an app from their website recruiter did all the background checks then told me I would need to go there in Austin,mn to do the drug test and physical a four hr drive ok fine.So two days pass and still haven't heard back from recruiter.I email here because she didn't answer my two voicmails.She then replies to my email asking when I can come in.Which I told her on a phone call.Its like youre asking me now why dodnt you just call me the next day.So I told her the next day I get an email saying she's going to find a place closer and still haven heard back.Its like how long does it take to find a place and set up appt day and time for physicAl and drug test.Still haven't heard back.This makes me wonder if dispatch is just as slow.

 

Sounds like they have a high driver turn over.... They are expecting an opening for you soon but not at the moment....
If that's the case,
I wouldn't let them waste any more of my time

 

If they're that inept in the hiring process, then that's as far as I would want to go. Just sayin'....
