Pumpkin orientation ?

There are lots of threads already addressing this subject...

From what I've read, it's 3 days for experienced drivers. I can't tell you what to expect, though.

 

Dot physical, blood pressure check, pre-screen work out, including lifting pulling, climbing, crouching, in between each one they check heart rate. Lots of talking, computer work, road test, pre, post, backing.Driver Orientation Process: http://youtu.be/lAY-V7p2Aeo

 

If you aren't in good physical shape Id skip it. Their physical requirements are stupid bad. Its their way of weeding out the wide loads.

 

Took the physical today I thought it would be hard as I'm small, but not that bad. Just had hard time on one test and the tester said just a little more she did not let me fail.
