im thinking of selling or trading my w9 in. im trying to figure out what I should sell it for.
its a 99 with the 72 aero sleeper with the couch
    275 WB
    13 speed
    3:70 rears with the AG200
    17 gages

I just rebuilt the 3406e it has 30,000 miles on it
I got a custom built turbo on it that kurt had built for me. ecm tune and 800hp cam he said it should be 800-850 RWH. 5 new injectors 1 used
new oil pump and the head has about 150,000 on it
trans is a 13 with 80,000 on it
rears are eaton 404 with 3:70 and about 150,000 on them
replace all these parts in the last year
    tie rods
    drag link
    power steering pump
    fuel pump
    fuel lines from the tanks
tires are all new bridgestone except 2
    all new brakes and drums
    2 slack adjusters
A/C blows out 30 degrees and most of the a/c is new

it needs paint and little stuff
but still gets around 6MPG inless its windy then 5

im just ready for something newer
I thinking of a 2004 or newer Volvo with a auto in it
just would like the extra space and car like ride
    I know im getting soft:biggrin_2553:

    thanks

    It's worth nothing at all.
So, just to be generous, I will come pick it up after I deliver in the morning and leave 5 $100 bills for your trouble.:biggrin_25525:

Just for comparison i sold my 1995 w9 3 months ago with studio sleeper, had new tranny but had 2 mil miles on truck, needed overhaul on 3406e tons of blowby, needed rears and injectors, paint was bad. I got 18500 out of it and had lots of interest at 20k even. The guy overpaid but hey aint gonna turn down the $. Sold it on ebay.

All the work u done if it was my truck id do a 35k or best offer on ebay and see what happens.

I dabble in buy and selling trucks once in a while. when I get tired of driving. usually 1995 or older sell for under $20000 in good shape.(or at least that is about all I will pay) if you have dumped a lot of $$$$ into it lately you more than likely wont see a return. run it for a while longer and get some of your investment back out of it. while your trying to sell.

The problem is finding that cash buyer it took me almost a year to move my Freightliner at $18,500 the guy who got it totaled out his last truck that's why he had cash..mine is a 07 had 710,000 when I got it the guy was asking $54,000 I made him a $35,000 offer two weeks later he called and said come get it he had also been trying over a year I almost got a new glider but I couldn't talk myself into a $2,500 a month note.
