When working on my truck, I go just beyond my comfort level. At over $100 bucks an hour I can afford to screw up a little. My comfort level is way beyond what it used to be.

I just do my t600 sometimes by myself. Like replacing the fifth wheel.

I don't trust anyone to work on my truck! A wash job or a tire change on the road is about as far as I will go with someone working on my truck. Doing the work myself I know it's done right. I don't have to wait for someone to become available, I save money, and I never have to question the qualification of the person working on my truck. Driving is my full time job and mechanic is my part time job.

i do most all my own work just re-bushed my front end today serviced it yeseterday

yup, beats working outside any day. let alone prior to having the shop my i had my oil changes done in a shop, now i buy my filters and oil in bulk and save a bit over 100 bucks per oil change, i don't know that i would have tackled my front end bushings myself without the shop aether. i might have but if i did i would have been even less excited about it...lol let alone it was raining witch is why i wasn't out hauling that day.
next available day will be the equalizer beams on the spring ride of my belly dump and breaks on my belly dump.
