Very interesting. I have seen something like that insurance on a client at another company. Glad to get the scoop.

.... Now that's a good idea with giving a IQ test. lol bad thing is if they started that. Freight would stop moving in a lot of areas lol

I'm not buying. As a recruiter, I'd imagine you worked on site, yes?

Being at the office, I'm sure you had the opportunity to speak to drivers, yes?

What stopped you from looking up some of your recruits and asking them how they were doing? Or asking any random drivers at the terminal how things were?

Not being informed is a poor excuse when you have the source of truth walking around you all day.

I was reading that if you take their refresher coarse that you have to stay for 9 months or you have to pay 2500 back to WE? Is there any validity to this claim?

    Veryblessed Thanks this.

Well, I guess if I decide to jump ship I better make sure they have a bonus program of at least 2,500. Is there any other companies out there that will take some who has no otr experience? I have a good back ground and driving record. Just no otr experience. Have had my A cdl for 17 years driven mainly B trucks. Anyone got advice I'd sure be willing to listen. Thanks

Swift, PAM, USA Truck, Prime, Werner, several others. You can do a lot better

Of crappie's list, I'd recommend Prime. Maybe PAM.... but I wouldn't send anybody to Swift, USA, or Werner.
