Come on .... CRE certainly has its issues. But this is second hand hearsay from a wife whose castrated her husband ... You think he has the balls to tell her he failed ... of course he's going to give her the sad tale of how CRE just plain hosed him over.

 

I went through the same CRE school in Salt Lake. I don't want to call sonfirz a liar, but her husband isn't getting it right. So many wrong statements. the school belongs to the company, they don't hide that. There aren't bed checks or curfews but I was exhausted from all of the training because they train a lot very quickly. The nighttime backing practice wore me out. Asking permission to pee? Ridiculous! You do need to pay for your own food. Some students bought expensive meals at the restaurant. There is a free shuttle to walmart, which is where I got most of my food. No psych eval. Lol. They don't force you to lease. Almost everybody became a company driver. Training is about a month with a trainer. They definitely weed out people who can't drive. That is probably what happened to her husband, but that was only a few in my group. Several drivers that had been to other schools said this one gave better training. I don't know what happened to him but I have a good job here now. My trainers and instructors were great and so far, so good for me.

 

No, don't delete the thread (or have it deleted). The company cheerleaders will always show up to sing their songs because they know no other way, but those researching this company need to know what they're in for.

 

I'm not singing songs, just telling the truth. I think that things can get lost in translation and I had no intent to bash sonfirz. Sorry if I came across that way.

 

The fact is you can post as many threads as you want about how bad this or that company is. People are going to do what they want. The OP admits herself that she was warned and didn't listen. That's how it goes. You can read a million negative reviews but throw just one positive in there and you got me hook, line and sinker. Desperate people make foolish decisions. That's just the way it is. I have no accurate stats but I'd be willing to bet that 9 out of 10 do not heed the warnings.

 

Wow, first time I ever read where someone had something positive to say about CRE!

 

Not really, do you know how many people go through CRE's training weekly? 100's of people a week at all their facilities. If there were success stories there wouldn't be so many people signing up week after week.
