So if the spotter messes up.....and you slam your trailer into the tractor of some guy one over what's the spotter going to say? I should trust some random guy walking in the truck stop? Ok

Nobody was telling you to use a spotter.
You're not everybody (thank God), and different people have different needs.
I'd rather a person that needed help ask for it than clog up a parking lot for 30+ minutes getting out every 3", pull up 100 times, and still hit the truck next to them.FloTheWaitress, FatDaddy, KC Guardrail and 1 other person Thank this. -
