What was the hurry ?!! That driver hit that curve and never SLOWED down as that road narrowed because of the jersey concrete barriers , just a little bit of CAUTION to make sure he was properly lined up after the curve even if he had to slow to a crawl would have prevented this. SORRY PAL THAT IS A PREVENTABLE ON THE OLE DAC !!:yes2557:

There was no hurry. He turned the corner and started to pick up speed. The fault is split about 70 30 steer person and driver of course as long as that beam was its tough to gauge if your dolly is straight in the mirror especially with no reference on a narrow piece like that. All of you who have never pulled something without doors and have never been closer to an oversize than passing one with no experience whatsoever pulling a steerable trailer have absolutely no business trying to figure out what went wrong.

Like you said "IT was tough to gauge if your dolly is straight in the mirror especially with no reference on a narrow piece like that " THAT is why you slow the #### down until you CAN, that is called common sense no EXPERIENCE REQUIRED !! :biggrin_25519:

His tail end wheels were straddling the right solid line bad after he made the turn. Look at his right rear wheels after he made the turn. Look how far his rear end was from the zipper compared to his left tractor wheels. I thought it was going to drop off the shoulder and flip him or either slam into the guardrail? Course I didn't know the wall was there til he hit it. But that tail end was doglegging bad.

Try reading for comprehension. You moved the goalpost, ~a light year, from "reason/cause" to "a condition of".

People who don't read have no advantage on those who can't read.
