Help I'm in training

    Ok so I'm in training right now. My trainer is not doing anything to teach me really. And just being a complete jerk and gets pissed and flips out if I ask anything. I had told my FM a couple days ago and she said let her know the next day if he is still is like this and she would put me with a new trainer. Well she won't answer or return any of my calls now. What should I do? We will be at a terminal tonight

    Simple,once you get to the terminal sleep in the trk one more night and talk to your FM in the morning.If no results then go to safety.But don't go back out with trainer till this gets resolved.

    Reread it I changed it.Yes FM.Are you guys suppose to head back out once you get to the terminal or do you have a reload for tomorrow?Your FM is gone for the day does she have a back up person that takes calls dispatches that sort of thing?

    I know what I would do, right or wrong.
    Get to the terminal tonight & move out of the truck.
    Contact anyone at Roehl you can reach and tell them you're at the terminal and what should you do. The trainer dumped you there. Let the trainer hit the highway by himself.

    Yes we are supposed to leave around 6am. And I know she's gone today but I've been trying to get ahold of her for a while now. And I have no idea :/

    Roehl use to be real good about switching trainers if there is a problem, see if you can get a bunk room and move out of the truck, tell the trainer there is a personality conflict and your going to request a new trainer. Which terminal are you at?
