See the issue I have is doctors getting a kickback for sleep apnea referral from the sleep centers and splitting it with carriers like the one mentioned and sleep centers getting government subsidies based on the total number of people they diagnose with sleep apnea. It goes a long way to explain the explosion in the number of what used to be a fairly obscure disease to what could now be considered a pandemic. Ain't corruption grand?
