Is one of them supposed to be pm?

And his experience isn't that big of a deal, but definitely helps. These jobs are all about networking and finding someone to talk to their boss for you and recommend you, you know, business. In less that one year experience I had Monday to Friday 3-11

It is definitely possible if you have patience, persistence, and look outside traditional trucking companies. It took a couple months and.about 50 applications after iI got my Cdl but with no experiance I got a local job driving a straight truck. Monday-friday. Start at 6 am, work 8 to 12 hours a day.$18 an hour, with time and a half after 40 . I work for a paint company. Was also offered a job delivering water with no experience.

Yeah see ive heard insurance companies letting guys with 9-10 months slide so i understand that. Ive even heard of guys getting local gigs after 6 mo experience. My neighbor works for ryder on a local dedicated run. He started off local with them but that was 20 years ago. I just dont think they do that anymore. Only company i personally found that does is dirt trucks and whatnot but none of those companies called me back.
