I saw a wreck today on I-20 in Bossier City at exit 22 (Airline Dr.) west bound side as we were getting on the ramp a van merging got clobbered by a flat bed in the curve. I guess they didn't yeild. I'm sure they knew the truck was coming but jumped out there anyway and didn't mash on it. They got spun around and hit the gaurd rail and came to a stop facing the wrong way. The passenger side was all crunched in. Nobody was hurt.
Another accident happed at the same place. Not sure what happened but the truck cornered off the bridge down the slope before the ramp came up. The truck went down the hill, across the ramp and flipped over facing east bound on the west bound side. This is a very dangerous place and a lot of accident happen here. You guy's becareful and try to get over in the hammer lane until you have passed the end of the ramp because it is extremly short and the drop down the side of the hill is at least a good 150' all the way to the bottom of the concrete ditch.
Another bad place here is the I-49 get off onto the I-20 east bound. You have to get over 3 lane's in a very short distance so beware other wise you will end up on the exit ramp headed for the Shreveport downtown street's. Watch the curve coming off 49 as it is extremly sharp and I have seen several car's hit the wall head on from going to fast and flipped over the wall and went down the hill. Back when it was being built a track hoe working on the steep incline even flipped over and rolled down the hill and out into the middle of 20. The worker did suffer serious injuries, so yall be careful around here.
