I booked three load in advance with these guy because they needed a carrier i sent out my truck to the pick early monday morning and this company or should i say the jacksonville office they say we did not receive any load more from the shipper..
I ask what about something for my canceled truck.. They say thats not our problem but at first they tell me to be there monday morning. Most of the Brokers here they have no clue what carrier go through the money we lose FUEL TOLLS TIME MONEY..
To top this of the guy i spoke to i asked him respectfully can i speak to your dispatch manager he says no you can not this is not our problem and tell me not to call him back again. (We already get so much crap from the FMCSA why wont they do anything about these brokers)

www.carrier411.com - Sign up and report them. This is a beautiful tool for brokers and carriers. It is worth every penny. Post your discrepancy with the brokers email and watch how fast you get your truck order not used charge.

Before you ever book a load with a broker, or vice versa - a broker booking a carrier, 411 check them. Check out their pay terms, safety scores and previous discrepancies. You can generally get a good idea of the ethics of a company from how many freight guard reports they have issued against them on the broker and trucker side. Companies do not want negative information listed on them, so they will generally take care of the discrepancy immediately to have the post removed. However, they do have a chance to post a rebuttal to your claim against them so you need to be brutally honest about the issue. I hope this helps. You will also get daily updates on every customer and carrier that you do business with after monitoring them in your data base on the website. Every day you will get an updated screenshot of the current companies credit and safety scores as they rise and fall on a daily basis. I hope this helps.

have you tried contacting their carrier relations dept if they have one?

Well I booked a load with them last week and the confirmation had the wrong pickup numbers on it. Girl at the shipper said I could not use there phone to get the right number. I left and that load got canceled. And they were mad at me because I wouldn't go back and pick it up. First time I had done business with them and the last time.
