    Yeah, that's what I'm looking for, the route with the least amount of mountains to cross. I've got a Schneider anemic truck, I spend a lot of time in 7th gear at 23 mph when crossing anything bigger than a flattened Pepsi can. I went from LA to Barstow today and that 75 mile trip took almost 3 hours.

    Haha, yeah, probably...but I'm talking about the mountain passes along the way to Barstow.

    If you go through Albuquerque, you'll be climbing to Flagstaff, then the only other pass is Raton with a couple miles of 6% at the top.
